Reminders:

• Please treat the property as you would your own home. If you break or damage something during your stay, please call the property manager and s/he will arrange for repairs.


• Please make sure that your family and guests are aware of the rules before using the property. Damage and problems occur when people are careless.


• Unless it is an emergency, you shouldn't authorize any repairs, purchases of furniture, appliances, etc. without first consulting the property manager.


• Please make minor repairs yourself--replacing light bulbs, etc. as you would around your own home.


• Check in time is 3 p.m. and check out time is 11 a.m. unless exceptions are noted on an individual property. Please be considerate of the time needed to clean the property.


• Pets of any kind are not permitted in any of the properties. Please not exceptions.


• Please do not rearrange the furniture.


• Smoking is not permitted inside any property unit.


• Occupancy limits should be strictly observed.


• Please remove golf shoes, dirty shoes or wet ski boots before entering the property unit.


• Annual property assessments are due and payable within 60 days of receipt of bill. To facilitate equity among partner, the Board has authorized a late fee of 10% plus 1% per month.
